Role Responsibilities:
Drive daily sales to meet outlet targets.
Plan and order products daily from central production.
Ensure no stockouts of products/materials at any outlet.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Manage staff work schedules.
Communicate clearly with staff, both verbally and in writing.
Ensure staff grooming and adherence to standards.
Conduct regular kitchen inspections for hygiene and sanitation.
Oversee food preparation, presentation, and storage for compliance with health regulations.
Check in with diners about food quality and service.
Monitor inventory to ensure adequate food supplies and essentials.
Review customer surveys to improve service.
Resolve customer complaints professionally.
Supervise the dining area to maintain service standards.
Ensure completion of checklists, requisitions, and opening/closing functions.
Submit detailed daily and monthly reports on time.
Maintain compliance with local regulatory authorities and standard operating procedures.
Present a neat and professional appearance at work daily.
Drive local store marketing campaigns as needed.
Prepare and send necessary records or reports to head office.
Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and accountability of outlet assets.
Maintain a welcoming outlet ambiance at all times.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Qualification: BSc (only qualified candidates should apply)
Experience: 5 years in QSR/Cake & Confectionery Business
Salary Range: N250,000 Monthly Gross
