Job Title: Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
Salary: ₦1,000,000 net per month
Role Overview:
The Chief Finance Officer (CFO) will drive the financial health and strategic growth of the organization. The role includes overseeing financial operations, managing risks, and leading strategic initiatives to ensure profitability and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Manage financial aspects of major projects, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard the organization.
Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain governance standards.
Optimize cash flow and resource allocation to support growth initiatives.
Conduct financial analysis to guide decision-making and investments.
Lead and mentor the finance team to foster a high-performance culture.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s and Master’s in Finance/Accounting.
Certification: ACA, ACCA, or CFA required.
Experience: 10-15 years in senior financial leadership roles.
Skills:
Strong financial modeling and ERP system proficiency.
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
