Role: Chief Financial Officer
Location: Lagos mainland (Onsite)
Reporting line: CEO
Required Experience: 7 years minimum in a similar role in IT/Fintech space
Key Responsibilities
– Manages key banking relationships to facilitate proper, timely, cost-effective business operations funding.
– Monitors all third-party payments to ensure that such payments are justified by the value of work successfully completed and aligned with the approved budget.
– Oversees the preparation and communication of timely, accurate, and useful financial and management reports for investors or lending institutions on a periodic and /or ad-hoc basis.
– Raise funds as approved by the Board of Directors to finance the company’s activities.
– Implement a sound accounting framework in compliance with statutory provisions.
– Develop and implement a robust and reliable financial reporting system in compliance with statutory requirements and ensure that adequate controls are in place to facilitate a seamless payment system.
– Review weekly financial reports submitted by relevant departments or units and present timely reports to the CEO/ Board of Directors.
– Perform other duties that may be assigned by the CEO.

– 800k/net/month
