Job Description

Job Title: Client Service Officer

Key Responsibilities
•Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
•Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner.
•Resolve client complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
•Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster customer loyalty.
•Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
•Keep detailed records of client interactions and feedback.
•Collect client feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
•Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings based on client needs.
•Stay updated on the company’s products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
•Educate clients on new products, features, and company policies.
•Prepare and maintain client-related documentation and reports.
•Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and client meetings.
•Work closely with other departments to address client needs.
•Participate in team meetings to discuss customer service strategies and improvements.

Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field.
•Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
•Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
