Job Title: Collection Officer
Location: 39, lasena building, Ogunnusi road, beside Polaris bank Ogba, Lagos.
Time: 9am (Monday-Friday)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
• Call customers whose loan payment are overdue
• Follow-up on customers who have promised to pay on specific dates.
• Guide customers on various payment procedures.
• Ensure accurate reports on payment.
Qualifications :
• Minimum SSCE Certification.
• Excellent communication skill
• Exceptional Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Must have an ANDRIOD SMARTPHONE with atleast 2GB RAM.
Salary : 120,000 -150,000 NGN
