Job Description
A financial Institution on the mainland (Lagos State) is in need of Compliance Officers. The ideal Candidate will perform the following tasks:
1. Suggestions for Policy Adjustments/ Change: Being a major contact link with all employees, the Compliance Officer shall suggest areas of policy adjustments to the HR/ Supervisor.
2. Monitoring Compliance: Regularly assessing business activities in all branches to ensure adherence to legal, regulatory and internal policies.
3. Conducting Audits: Performing risk assessments and compliance audits to identify potential issues.
4. Training Employees on policy where necessary.
5. Reporting: Communicating findings and recommendations to supervisors.
