Job Summary:
We are seeking for a highly skilled Contact Centre Executive. The successful candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, ability to identify customer needs, and provide first-contact resolution to customer inquiries.

Key Requirements:
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to communicate fluently in Hausa and Igbo language.
– Strong customer service skills and ability to provide first-contact resolution
