Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Content Team Leader to oversee and manage the daily operations of our content team. This individual will be responsible for driving team performance, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment, and ensuring the successful achievement of organizational goals through effective content strategy, training, and leadership.
Requirement:
· Minimum of HND/BSc in Marketing or Related Course.
· Minimum of 2 years working experience in Content Team Lead or related roles, with a strong track record of driving performance and achieving targets.
· Demonstrated ability to manage team dynamics and develop leadership skills within a team.
· Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and reporting on key metrics. (MS-Excel, PowerBI, etc.)
· Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing environments.
· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Experience with content creation, content strategy, or content management systems is a plus.
· Fluency in English is required.

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the day-to-day activities of the content team to ensure optimal productivity.
· Motivate and inspire the team to achieve both individual and collective goals, contributing to the growth of the company.
· Cultivate a positive and inclusive work culture that encourages creativity, collaboration, and high morale.
· Provide leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring they feel empowered and supported in their roles.
· Develop, implement, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team effectiveness and content quality.
· Provide weekly reports to senior management on KPIs and team performance.
· Create and manage timelines for content projects, ensuring deadlines are met and targets are achieved.
· Delegate tasks efficiently, ensuring that team members have clear objectives and deadlines.
· Conduct training sessions to help team members maximize their potential, focusing on skills such as communication, product knowledge, and content creation.
· Support quarterly performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to encourage professional development.
· Oversee the content creation process, ensuring quality and consistency across all platforms.
· Collaborate with other departments to align content strategies with organizational objectives.
· Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for enhancing content processes, tools, and team workflows.
· Act as the voice of the content team in cross-departmental discussions, ensuring their needs and concerns are heard and addressed.
· Participate in the recruitment process, including identifying top talent for the content team.
· Facilitate the onboarding process for new content team members, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.
