Compensation: ₦700,000 – ₦1,000,000 monthly + Performance Bonuses + Attractive Allowances
Are you a high-performing sales professional with a proven track record in FMCG, banking, financial services, energy, or MSME engagement? Do you possess the grit, creativity, and strategic acumen to drive corporate sales in a fast-growing InsurTech environment?
A leading Insurance/InsurTech company is expanding its corporate sales division and is seeking to recruit a Corporate Sales Manager to lead B2B relationship development and revenue generation across strategic industries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute end-to-end corporate sales strategies targeting FMCG, banking institutions, financial services firms, energy sector players, and MSMEs.
Build and sustain high-level client relationships while ensuring alignment between client needs and company insurance solutions.
Create tailored insurance packages and enterprise solutions that resonate with target sectors.
Lead sales negotiations and close high-value corporate deals with key decision-makers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to improve value propositions.
Collaborate with product, marketing, underwriting, and operations teams to drive client satisfaction and ensure seamless service delivery.
Meet and exceed set sales targets while maintaining exceptional client engagement standards.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 7-10 years experience in business development or corporate sales within FMCG, banking, financial services, energy, or MSME sectors.
Strong network and understanding of B2B sales cycles and enterprise client management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields. An MBA or relevant professional certifications will be an advantage.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a performance-driven environment.
Exposure to insurance or financial products is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
