Job Summary
We seek a friendly, empathetic Customer Care Representative to provide exceptional service to our clients, tenants, and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will resolve issues efficiently, address concerns, and promote our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service (80%):
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Resolve tenant and customer complaints/concerns promptly.
Provide property information, updates, and documentation.
Conduct client satisfaction surveys.
Administrative Tasks (10%):
Maintain accurate records and databases.
Update CRM software.
Process customer feedback.
Communication and Collaboration (5%):
–ADVERTISEMENT–
Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Property Management).
Ensure seamless issue resolution.
Business Development (5%):
Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell services.
Promote company events and promotions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score.
First Response Time (FRT).
Resolution Rate.
Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Requirements
Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees in Customer Service, Marketing, or related fields
1 – 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in real estate.
Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM software.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
Desirable Qualities:
Real estate industry knowledge.
Certification in customer service.
Fluency in multiple languages.
