Our Client Restaurant is an ONLINE KITCHEN that delivers food to its customers based on orders received, and they seek to hire a CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE. Ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving and processing customer orders for the cloud kitchen.
ROLE: CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE ( Female )
LOCATION: LEKKI, LAGOS
SALARY: 100k – 120k

*RESPONSIBILITIES* :
TAKING ORDERS FROM VARIOUS PLATFORMS (e g, online food delivery apps, phonecalls, direct order)
ORDER PROCESSING BY INPUTTING ORDERS INTO POINT OF SALE(POS) AND COMMUNICATING ORDER DETAILS CLEARLY TO THE KITCHEN STAFF.
CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES THROUGH ANSWERING CUSTOMER INQUIRIES AND ADDRESS ANY CONCERNS OR COMPLAINTS PROMPTLY.
DISPATCH MANAGEMENT BY COORDINATING WITH DELIVERY PARTNERS TO ENSURE TIMELY ORDER DELIVERY.
REQUIREMENTS :
Candidates must posses minimum of HND/BSC
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
Prior experience in a customer service role for at least 2 years.
Candidates with experience working as Customer Care, Receptionist or Front Desk Personel from Hospitality Industry will be most preferred.
