Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome clients, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
Manage appointments and handle customer inquiries, both in-person and over the phone.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks such as billing and client records.
Collaborate with the salon and spa team to provide excellent service.
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a salon, spa, or hospitality setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
