Customer Experience Supervisor
Location: Ikoyi Lagos
Main Responsibilities;
• Manages the day-to-day operations in the DigiCenter and ensures effective data recording, integrity, quality assurance and people management
• Writing reports analysing and presenting compelling recommendations for improvement in the Digital Centre to the Head, Customer Experience.
• Developing feedback mechanism or complaints procedures for customers to use
• Work with Head of Customer Experience to Improving customer service procedures, policies and standards in TSL
• keeping ahead of developments in customer service, transportation and logistics industry by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending courses.
• Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face-to-face
• The incumbent is expected to know the company’s products and policies inside out and be able to communicate it to other members of staff in the DIGITAL CENTER.
• Respond to service issues, upholds service quality, safety standards and facilitate in a timely manner response to both internal and external customers complaints or enquiries.
• Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
• Implement an effective customer loyalty program and drive the driver’s league program for TSL
• Hire and train new Digital Staff with the approval of the Head, of Customer Experience and COO

Experience:
• A minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in a customer service position.
• Experienced in Call Center Management in a bank, Telco or Transport company would be an added advantage
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration or relevant field.
