Candidates should posses a B.Sc, HND / OND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Must have 2-4 years work experience
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
