Customer Service & Operations Executive
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction
• Operations Coordination
• Logistics & Documentation
• Time Zone Management & Independent Work
Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in shipping operations or a similar role.
• Proven experience in customer service, logistics, or operations, preferably within the sourcing or freight forwarding industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, marketing and persuasive disposition.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and strong analytical skills to handle data-driven tasks.
• Detail-oriented with a robust understanding of cargo documentation, customs procedures, and operational protocols.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively across multiple regions.
• Prior experience liaising with accounts or finance teams is highly desirable.
