Hiring: Customer Service Representative (Shop Floor)
Location: Westmead Supermarket, Wofun Bus Stop, along Iwo Road, Ibadan.
Job Summary:
* Deliver exceptional customer service, provide product information, and support sales on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist customers with queries and purchases.
2. Provide product information, features, and benefits.
3. Answer questions about products & prices.
4. Direct customers to specific products or departments.
5. Assist with finding sizes, colors, or alternative products.
6. Maintain store appearance, restocking shelves, and visual merchandising.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Qualification: NCE/OND
3. Product knowledge (training provided).
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
5. Basic math skills and accuracy with transactions.
6. Flexibility to work varied shifts (days, evenings, weekends).
