Customer Service Representative/Tech Support at Aidaana Nigeria
Location: Sangotedo, Ajah
Salary: N180k – N200k monthly
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service/ Tech support and making a difference? Aidaana Nigeria is looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. This role is crucial in ensuring our customers have a smooth, positive experience with our services.
Responsibilities:
•Manage inbound and outbound calls from International customers
•Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services and account inquiries.
•Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently
•Document customer interactions and update relevant systems.
•Contribute to process improvement initiatives and customer satisfaction programs.
Requirements:
•Bsc in any related field.
•Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
•Proficiency in using computer applications, including MS Office(importantly Teams and Outlook).
•Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging customer situations with professionalism.
•Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
•Experience in a customer service role is an advantage but not mandatory.
