Job Title: Customer Support Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to assist customers with technical issues related to our products and services. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in a customer support role and reside near our company.
Responsibilities:
Respond to Customer Inquiries: Address customer questions and concerns related to logistics services via phone, email, or chat promptly.
Assist with Service Features: Help customers understand and utilize our logistics solutions, including tracking shipments and managing deliveries.
Resolve Issues: Analyze and troubleshoot service-related problems, coordinating with other teams to implement solutions.
Monitor Customer Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback on our logistics services to improve operations and customer experience.
Train and Support Junior Staff: Provide guidance and support to junior customer service representatives to ensure high-quality customer support.
Requirements:
Logistics Experience: Several years of experience in customer support, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
Proficient with Help Desk Software: Familiarity with help desk software and logistics management systems.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Computer Literacy: Must be computer literate and reside close to the company for timely assistance.
