Job Title: Customer Technical Support

Remuneration: 180k – 200k Gross

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Technical Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and resolving hardware and software issues, troubleshooting technical problems, and ensuring timely and accurate feedback to customers. This role requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with customers to guide them through issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify hardware and software solutions for customer issues.
2. Troubleshoot technical problems effectively.
3. Install and configure hardware and software for clients.
4. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
5. Guide customers through a series of steps to resolve issues.
6. Document technical processes and solutions in notes and manuals.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
1. BSc/HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering.
2. At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
3. Must be located close to Somolu, Lagos, as proximity is key.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers.
