A Driving School Coordinator is urgently needed for immediate employment in a QHSSE Consulting Firm in Ikeja, Lagos.
Role Overview: Driving School Coordinator
The Driving School Coordinator will be responsible for the overall management and administration of the driving school. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Program Management: Developing, implementing, and overseeing the driving school curriculum to ensure it meets FRSC (Federal Road Safety Corps) standards.
• FRSC DSSP Portal: Manage the DSSP portal for student registration and license processing.
• Compliance and Regulations: Ensuring that the driving school operates in full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including maintaining necessary licenses and certifications.
• Instructor Management: Recruiting, training, and supervising driving instructors to ensure high-quality instruction and a safe learning environment.
• Student Enrolment and Progress Tracking: Managing student enrolment processes, monitoring student progress, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Operational Oversight: Handling day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling classes, maintaining vehicles, and managing the driving school’s budget.
• Customer Service: Acting as the primary point of contact for students and parents, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues that arise.
• Reporting and Analytics: Regularly reporting on the driving school’s performance, including student pass rates, financial performance, and any areas for improvement.
Given the significance of this role, we are looking for a candidate with substantial experience in managing educational programs or training institutions, preferably with a background in driving instruction or road safety.
