Job Title: Executive Assistant

Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant to the MD will provide comprehensive administrative support, including HR coordination, bookkeeping, customer relations, and office management. This individual must be highly skilled in drafting and reviewing emails, proposals, presentations, and communications, and will also manage both the MD’s and the company’s social media accounts on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Draft, review, and send emails, presentations, letters, and other communications on behalf of the MD.
Prepare business proposals and reports for internal and external use, including potential partnerships, clients, and investors.
Conduct research, compile reports, and assist in strategic projects as required by the MD.
Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to information.
Serve as the first point of contact for the MD with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage the MD’s and the company’s LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter handles.
Handle petty cash and maintain accurate financial records.
Organize company files and maintain efficient physical and digital filing systems.
Coordinate meetings, events, and team activities as needed.
Act as a liaison between the MD and staff, ensuring smooth communication.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years experience in an executive assistant, office management, or similar role.
Experience managing social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
Strong experience writing proposals, and drafting and reviewing professional emails, presentations, and reports.
Proficiency in bookkeeping and financial reporting.• Previous experience in HR, office management, and customer service roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media management tools.

Salary range: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 monthly based on experience and qualifications.

Location: Lekki, Lagos
