Experienced Linguistic and Phonetic Professional at First Patient Engagement LTD
Location: Lagos
Are you a seasoned linguistic expert with a passion for communication excellence? First Patients Engagement Ltd is seeking a Linguistic and Phonetics Professional with at least 8 years of experience or more to train our staff on effective and eloquent communication with our American Clients.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff communication skills with our American Clients.
•Provide coaching on professional and articulate speech.
•Conduct workshops on client engagement and verbal etiquette.
•Assess and refine employees’ linguistic proficiency.
Requirements:
•Minimum of 8 years of experience or more in linguistics, phonetics, speech training, or a related field.
•Strong background in professional communication and client engagement.
•Excellent teaching and coaching abilities.
•Ability to tailor training to various professional levels.
