Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 / month.

Develop contingency plans for unforeseen events such as natural disasters or pest outbreaks.
Manage risks associated with farming operations to ensure continuity of production.
Build positive relationships with the local community, neighbors, and agricultural organizations.
Participate in community events to promote the farm’s products and initiatives.
Implement sustainable farming practices that minimize environmental impact while maximizing productivity.
Engage in responsible land management techniques to promote long-term soil health.
Maintain comprehensive records of farming activities, financial transactions, crop yields, and labor hours.
Prepare reports for stakeholders regarding farm performance and productivity.
