Candidates should possess a relevant Degree and certificates in fields like Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, Economics, Accounting, Risk Management, Financial Risk Manager, or Project Management etc with 4-8 years work experience.
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong knowledge of risk assessment tools and techniques
Proficiency in data analysis and modeling software
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
