Role: Financial Controller (FMCG Industry)
Location: Oniru, Lagos
Work Mode: Onsite (Mon-Fri: 9am – 6pm, Alternate Saturdays: 9am – 4pm)

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain compliance within the FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare financial statements (income, balance sheet, cash flow).
* Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal policies.
* Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing.
* Develop budgets and financial forecasts.
* Monitor financial performance and provide insights.
* Oversee cash flow planning and maintain adequate reserves.
* Lead audits and ensure statutory compliance.
* Manage relationships with financial institutions.
* Lead and develop the finance team.
* Provide strategic financial input.
Requirements:
* Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
* ICAN/ACCA certification.
* 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong leadership, IFRS knowledge, and proficiency in ERP systems.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
