Job title:Food and beverage SUPERVISOR
Location: Agbor Delta state
Salary: 180k (with accommodation)
Job brief:
FMR Agency is looking for a F&B Supervisor ,who will oversee the preparation of delicious meals to delight our guests.
Job Responsibilities
• Planning and overseeing daily operations
• Develop, plan, prepare standard food according to approved menu and company standards.
• Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and relevant equipment
• Ordering supplies.
• Cook & bake in a timely manner
• Manage, schedule and delegate tasks to all kitchen staff
• Monitor food stock and place orders
• Check freshness of food ingredients and discard out-of-date item.
• Assist in recruitment of kitchen staff
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
• Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of all kitchen equipment and utensils and provide feedback to the management in case either is damaged or worn out.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and health codes
• Any other task that may be assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
• Strong Leadership skills, ability to multitask, and a positive attitude
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge in use of Microsoft Word and Excel
• At least 3 years’ experience in working in food service in a restaurant, fast food or hotel
• OND degree in Hospitality, Food Science, Microbiology
