Job role: Front Desk/Receptionist
Location: Freedom Way, Lekki phase 1, Lagos
Salary: 120,000.00
Key requirements
Education: O.N.D., H.N.D or bachelor’s degree in any related discipline or field.
Years of experience: Minimum of 2 years work experience as a Front Desk officer or Receptionist.
Ability to communicate effectively in English language-spoken and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Description
Answer phone calls and manage correspondences
Greeting, welcoming, and directing residents and visitors appropriately
Relate with vendors, visitors and residents in a professional manner
Maintaining the hygiene and serenity of the reception area
Update calendars and schedule meetings or appointments when necessary
Maintain records and files
Deal with requests from guests and residents
Display effective communication and organizational skills
Handling transcription, printing, photocopying of documents as required
Notify relevant employees when visitors arrive
Ordering office stationery and monitoring stock
Assisting colleagues and perform administrative tasks/ duties as assigned
Direct calls and messages to the appropriate offices/ destination
Managing telecommunications systems.
