We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: General Manager
Location: Akure, Ondo
Employment Type: Full-time
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
At least 6 years of management experience, with a minimum of 4 years in the solar/renewable energy industry.
Strong sales skills, with a proven track record of securing new business and achieving sales targets.
Understanding of solar-energy best practices.
Proficient in office software and data analysis tools.
Strong leadership, excellent communication and negotiation skills with great interpersonal skills.
Openness to learn about new products as market conditions and technologies change.
Must have the ability to travel as the company business model expands.
Self-disciplined and hardworking, with a strong work ethic and ability to lead by example.
