Salary : 350,000 – 400,000
Job Overview:
The Head of Food and Beverage will oversee all food and beverage operations in the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and guest satisfaction. This role includes managing staff, controlling costs, and developing strategies to enhance the overall dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and event catering.
• Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared to high standards of quality and presentation.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Develop and implement food and beverage strategies to increase profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other kitchen staff to design seasonal menus and promotional offerings.
• Manage inventory and purchasing, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
