As we expand, we seek an experienced and strategic Head of Sales & Marketing to drive market penetration, increase brand awareness, and accelerate revenue growth.
Role Overview
The Head of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales, grow the brand, and expand market presence across all states in Nigeria. While the company already manages direct retailer relationships, this role will focus on identifying and developing new market opportunities, leading sales growth initiatives, and building a powerful brand presence.
Key Requirements
Experience: 10+ years in sales and marketing, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, or beauty brands.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Nigerian retail, distribution, and consumer market.
Sales & Marketing Expertise: Proven track record in driving revenue growth and market penetration.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead sales teams and marketing professionals.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify new market opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies.
Negotiation & Relationship Management: Experience in handling key accounts, retailers, and distributors.
Digital Marketing Acumen: Familiarity with social media, influencer marketing, and e-commerce growth strategies.
Data-Driven Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills to measure performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or personal care FMCG is a strong advantage.
Proven success in launching and scaling brands in competitive markets.
