Job Title: HR & Admin Officer at Hyde Energy Limited
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
Manage 3rd party engagements
Implement and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Coordinate employee training and professional development programs.
Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and facilitating a positive work environment.
Manage office supplies, oversee facilities maintenance, and coordinate administrative tasks.
Organize company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
