Job Title: HR / Admin Personnel
Location: Festac, Lagos

Job Summary
The HR/Admin Personnel will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the school’s administrative functions, including human resources management.
This position will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll processing and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
–ADVERTISEMENT–
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various school positions. Conduct interviews, assess applications, and make hiring recommendations.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
Foster a positive and supportive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving disputes, and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including deductions, taxes, and benefits.
Manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and time off.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the administrative office, including maintaining records, filing, and organizing documents.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs of school facilities, ensuring a safe and functional learning environment.
Manage the procurement process for school supplies, equipment, and services.
Assist in the planning and execution of school events, such as parent-teacher conferences, graduations, and athletic competitions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources or administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
Experience with HRIS systems and applicant tracking software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
