HR Manager at Bonzee Consulting
Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Collaborate with leadership to develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
Advice on workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and organizational design.
Liaise with the respective function head to align the general HR strategy with the functional approach.
Consult with the function Head in promoting the best-fit HR value proposition
Provide support and representation for HR Subject Matter Experts in the functional units.
Champion the identification and deployment of talent in the function of primary assignment
Facilitate the Performance Management process within the function of the primary assignment
Implement Culture Change processes
