Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
•A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
•Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
•Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
•High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
