Location: Ikeja Lagos

What You’ll Do:
• Collaborate with clients to deliver tailored HR solutions.
• Support in organisational design, policy structuring, and performance management.
• Deliver results on recruitment, employee engagement, and other HR-related initiatives.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 4 years’ hands-on experience in any HR domain (preferably across multiple areas such as OD Recruitment, Learning & Development, Performance Management, or Total Rewards).
• Demonstrated success in project management and delivering HR solutions.
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with a passion for HR transformation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Any relevant certifications (CIPM, SHRM, etc.) will be an added advantage.
