Job Title: Human Resource Executive

Job Summary
As our HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of human resources management for our spa.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring a positive and productive work environment, managing employee relations, and implementing effective HR policies and practices.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Prepare job descriptions and conduct interviews.
Coordinate the hiring process and extend offers.
Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding programs.
Ensure new hires have the necessary tools and training to succeed.
Identify training needs and develop training programs.
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
Manage employee development plans.
Handle terminations in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Provide exit interviews and documentation.
Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Manage payroll processing and benefits enrollment.
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR matters.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Address employee concerns and resolve disputes.
Manage employee relations issues effectively.
Ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees and managers.
Proficient in HR software and systems.
Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the spa industry.
Experience with performance management and coaching.
Salary
₦120,000 – ₦150,000 monthly.
