3-5 years HR experience, with prior experience collaborating with outsourcing agencies.
Certified HR professional with over 3 years of experience.
Coordinate with recruitment agencies and utilize job portals to meet company hiring needs.
Create and post job descriptions, perform initial screenings, arrange interviews, prepare offers, and organize onboarding.
Develop competitive salary structures in line with Nigerian legal standards.
