Role: Human Resources & Admin Manager

Location: Ojodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Overview:
As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the human capital strategy and managing HR operations. You will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of top talent, with a focus on roles specific to fixed income trading.
• Employee Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for employees on HR matters, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Performance Management: Develop and implement performance evaluation systems that align with company goals and employee development.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all HR practices comply with labor laws and industry regulations, particularly within the financial services sector.
• Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compensation strategies to maintain a competitive and compliant pay structure.
• Learning & Development: Create and manage employee development programs that align with business needs and employee career growth.
• Policy Implementation: Design and update HR policies, ensuring they are in line with industry’s best practices and legal requirements.
• Workforce Planning: Collaborate with department heads to assess workforce needs and implement strategic hiring and retention initiatives.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4 – 7years of HR experience, preferably in trading environments.
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations, talent management, and HR compliance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
• Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential matters with discretion
