Requirements
•Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•2 – 3 years of experience in human resources, with a strong focus on payroll management, HRIS, recruitment, and people management.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to draft reports, memos, and other HR documentation.
•Familiarity with HRIS software and payroll systems.
•Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
•Ability to assist with training programs and development initiatives aimed at enhancing employee skills and performance.
