Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner β Supply
Location: Benin
Reports To: Human Resources Director
We are excited to announce that we are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our collaborative, curious and decisive team!
As the HR Business Partner, you will lead and manage the end-to-end People/HR agenda within our business area, reporting to the HR Director. This role is part of a broad HR Team that partners the business for success.
The ideal candidate should have:
a. Ability to build strong effective relationships/partnerships across the functions.
b. Strong ability to balance employer and employee advocacy.
c. Ability to analyse and use systems & data to understand people and organizational trends & issues to ensure we have the talent to meet business needs.
d. Strong communication skills.
e. Direct Industrial Relations experience will be an added advantage.

Leadership: π

Functional HR skills: π
i. Strong, persuasive negotiation & engagement skills are essential.
ii. Direct Industrial Relations experience will be an added advantage.
iii. Demonstrable success in a Business Partner role Strong change management experience.
iv. Organizational effectiveness including building high performing teams and employee engagement.
