Job Description
Job title: Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Ogba, Lagos
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Improving relations between staff and employers
Planning and execute recruitment plans
Assist in the development of performance management program and take initiative to ensure motivation and retain of poorly performing employees
Assist in talent management by involving in promotion and selection
Work with departmental management to ensure HR strategies are aligned with departmental objectives
Provide professional advice when needed
Implement strategies to help improve the department
Identify departmental issues encounter
Engaging with heads of department.
Updating employee records
Overseeing employee relations
Advising line managers and departmental managers of employment law
Assist in implementing disciplinary procedures
Preparing job descriptions, publishing job adverts
Enforcing company policies and procedures
On-boarding new starters/new staff inductions
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s with 2+ years of experience in relevant roles ideally in a fast-paced, hyper-growth global tech environment.
Degree in Human resources or any related course
Strong leadership skills.
Good communication skill
knowledge of country employment-related laws and statutory requirements, compliance, and policies.
Prior experience in compensation & benefits and rewards management.
Proficient knowledge of MS office.
Attention to detail.
Critical thinking skills.
Computer savvy.
Salary: 200k gross
