Human Resources Manager at the Tonic Technologies Limited
Benefits: N250,000.00 – N300,000.00 / Month.

The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR role
HR professional certifications such as CIPM or SHRM is desirable.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree in HR is a plus)
Demonstrated success in handling a broad range of HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
In-depth understanding of Nigerian labour laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR-related software.
