capabilities to ensure seamless production and operational workflows. We’re hiring an Internal SAP Business ByDesign Consultant to support and guide our team on day-to- day SAP inquiries, and system improvements.
Position Overview:
The Internal SAP Business ByDesign Consultant will act as an in-house resource, providing knowledgeable support, optimizing system performance, and addressing basic SAP Business ByDesign needs. This role is key to empowering our team to work effectively within SAP, quickly resolving issues internally, and helping us maintain
efficiency across our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• SAP System Support: Provide direct support on SAP Business ByDesign
functionalities, including troubleshooting minor issues, user assistance, and process guidance.
• User Training: Equip internal teams with best practices in SAP Business ByDesign, offering guidance to improve their workflow within the system.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational improvements within SAP to enhance efficiency and streamline manufacturing processes.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain system documentation, support logs, and user guides to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and reporting.
• Collaborate with External Partner: When issues require escalation, work
closely with our SAP Partner, ensuring all internal information and preliminary troubleshooting is well-documented.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 3+ years in SAP Business ByDesign, ideally within a manufacturing or production-focused environment.
• BSc or HND in relevant field
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP ByD modules pertinent to manufacturing (e.g., Production, Inventory, Sales, and Finance).
• Skills: Problem-solving, strong communication, and ability to translate technical SAP concepts into user-friendly solutions.
