Job Title: International Students Recruitment Counsellor

Salary: ₦130,000.00 – ₦150,000.00 per month

FFSD Education is a goal-oriented and dynamic international education recruitment agency with a proven track record of providing high-quality, person-centred support. We are currently seeking a Student Recruitment Counsellor to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategically generate, develop, and convert leads to meet and exceed annual targets.
• Manage inbound leads from multiple sources, including event participation and social media campaigns.
• Proactively engage with prospective customers via email, phone, and social platforms to build interest in FFSD offerings.
• Counsel prospective applicants on study options, including courses and institutions.
• Assist applicants through admissions, visa, and pre-departure processes.
• Process and submit applications to partner institutions, obtain offers, and ensure timely enrolment.
• Participate in and actively organize education fairs.
• Support Business Development with promotional events.
• Maintain awareness of competitive trends, FFSD products, and offerings.
• Act with professionalism and accountability at all times.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in sales/client development/commercial roles.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial and sales targets.
• Strong experience in social selling, networking, and relationship management.
• Excellent English communication skills, confident in pitching and presenting via phone, video conference, and in writing.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience as a student counsellor is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and engaging in conversations.
• Ambitious and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Competitive, systematic, and self-driven with a focus on exceeding KPIs.
• Resilient with a “get-things-done” attitude.
• Must reside in Enugu capital or its environs.
