Role: Inventory/Procurement Manager.
Job Description:
Track and manage inventory levels, including stock, orders, and shipments.
Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
Analyze sales trends and forecast future demand.
Optimize inventory to minimize stockouts and overstock.
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate prices and lead times.
Ensure accurate inventory valuation and reporting.
Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and errors.
Collaborate with sales and operations departments.
Oversee inventory storage and warehouse organization.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role at a restaurant.
Resident of Gwarinpa or nearby areas.
OND/HND in a related field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Salary: #100,000 (additional benefits available).
