RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Provide information about facilities, entertainment options, and rules and regulations to Guests.
•Monitor activities to ensure adherence to rules and safety procedures and arrange for the removal of unruly patrons.
• Keep Guests informed of shut down and emergency evacuation procedures.
•Announce and describe the Waterpark attractions to Guests to entice them to games and other entertainment available at the Waterpark.
•Fasten safety devices for Guests or provide them with directions for fastening devices.
•Direct guests to slides, seats or attractions.
•Aid Guests in entering or exiting pools and game areas or mounting and dismounting slides.
•Helping Guests check-in their personal belongings into assigned lockers and ensuring safety of Guest items therein.
•Maintaining an accurate record of Guests who have items in lockers.
•Ensuring that there is a safe environment for all guests visiting Park Vega
•Explaining and enforcing rules, regulations and policies to ensure safety of guests
•Monitoring designated areas to recognize signs of dangers
• Minimize hazardous situations.
• Warning swimmers regarding unsafe situations
•Maintaining order in swimming areas
•Responding to emergencies and rescuing swimmers in danger of drowning
•Performing first aid procedures
•Maintaining the entire facility including pools, buildings, equipment, utilities, external areas, internal areas as may be directed by supervisor.
•Promote safety and prevent accidents by explaining and enforcing facility rules and regulations at all water attractions and within the facility grounds
•Any other task that may be assigned.
