Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Machine Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining an extruder to meet production targets while ensuring quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor machines and equipment to meet production requirements
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure machine efficiency and effectiveness
• Conduct quality checks on products to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Troubleshoot machine issues and report any malfunctions to supervisors
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production environment
• Technical knowledge of machinery and equipment operation
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Physical ability to lift up mixed raw materials and stand for long periods
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree preferred
Desirable Qualifications:
• Proven experience with FEED MILL EXTRUDER [very important ]
• Knowledge of manufacturing principles
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
