Key Responsibilities:
Electrical Technician:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in the factory.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in production machinery and facility.
Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems (motors, PLCs, panels, sensors).
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
Assist in the installation of new electrical equipment and systems.
Mechanical Technician:
Install, repair, and maintain mechanical systems and production equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical failures on equipment such as pumps, conveyors, and mixers.
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Fabricate and replace machine parts when necessary.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and factory standards.
Support production teams during equipment breakdowns.
Educational Qualification:
Minimum of HND (Higher National Diploma)/BSC in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Experience:
Electrical Technician: Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance in a manufacturing or beverage processing environment.
Mechanical Technician: Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in a similar setting.
Strong hands-on experience with production machinery, troubleshooting, and equipment repair.
