Key Responsibilities:
•Oversee day-to-day operations across the companies, ensuring consistency, quality, and operational efficiency.
•Collaborate with Senior Managers and department heads to streamline processes, improve service standards, and enhance customer experiences.
•Manage staff schedules, training, and development to ensure optimal performance and a positive team culture.
•Lead inventory management, procurement, and cost control measures to meet budgetary goals.
•Analyze operational data and implement strategies to increase revenue, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance.
•Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
•Act as a liaison between corporate and branches, driving communication and alignment on operational goals.
Qualifications:
•Proven experience in hospitality management, with a strong operational background.
•A minimum of 8-10 years in a hospitality management role.
•Leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
•Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
•Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Passion for hospitality, food, and beverage, with a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
