Operations Manager (Female) – LAIDE FASH LIMITED
➡Location: Chevron, Lagos
Overview:
Seeking an experienced female Operations Manager to oversee supply chain, production, and retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage sourcing, inventory, and logistics.
– Ensure product quality and timely production.
– Optimize warehousing and delivery.
– Control stock levels across channels.
– Develop budgets and manage costs.
– Lead and develop the operations team.
– Implement process improvements and new technologies.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain Management.
– 5+ years in operations, preferably in fashion/retail.
– Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
– Proficiency in inventory management software.
Salary: ₦350,000 – ₦450,000 monthly (excluding allowances)
